A great source of protein and GOOD fats!
Ingredients: 1-1/2 Servings
2 T Low-Fat Peanut Butter
1/2 C Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Banana
1 Avocado (the GOOD fat I mentioned)
1/2 C Ice
*Optional: 1/4 -1/2 Vanilla Almond Milk
Blend until smooth. You can thin to the consistency of choice with some vanilla almond milk!
