Berry, Berry Veggie! Smoothie

Loaded in vitamins and minerals (and fiber)! 

Ingredients: 1-1/2 servings

1/2 C Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 C Strawberries
1/4 C Blackberries
1 C Fresh Spinach
1/2 C  Shredded Carrots
1 C Vanilla Almond Milk
*Optional: 2 T Ground Flax Seed for a great source of Omega-3's and folic acid, not to mention FIBER

Blend until smooth!
