Flax Seed "Breaded" Chicken Tenders

Here's a healthy alternative to fried chicken tenders! This new recipe I threw together uses ground flaxseed as the breading, no flour, plus spices and seasonings that give these tenders a "mature" spinoff of a childhood classic. Dressing/dips optional ;)

Ingredients

1 lb Chicken Breast Tenders
4 Eggs
1 C Ground Flaxseed
4 t Turmeric- a great spice used in curry, with many nutritional/medicinal uses! Check out the link for more info!
3 t Salt
1 T Poultry Seasoning
Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°
In a bowl, whisk eggs together. In a separate bowl, combine spices with flaxseed. Dip the chicken into the whisked eggs, then roll the chicken into the mixture until fully coated. Place the chicken in a greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 min, or until golden brown and cooked thoroughly.

And that's it! Super easy, and guilt-free! Enjoy the taste of eating right! :)
